INTRODUCTION:

RLR Group has registered and representation offices at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the HQ is in Riyadh at P. O. Box: 286376, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Ahmed AL Yamani’s family, Saudi Arabian National and its private group of companies who own the group.

The companies have vast experience worldwide, mainly, in the oil business and IT technology. The group has managed to sign agreements and has been with worldwide international companies involving itself to, manage, and operate large projects. The Companies are also registered with Governments and large companies for oil and other commodities around the world.

Dr. Yamani has inherited the oil business from his family in Saudi Arabia, in 1995, he started his own oil business in Europe first and then to US, Middle east and Far East. Hence, he created his own family company called RLR Group. He is a very ambitious person had certain plans in his mind so he was working very hard to implement them. Has been asked to analyze and design the first Saudi E-Government. In addition, he is an active member of the Saudi Computer Society. He was selected by the society to deliver highly specialized lectures in the areas of IT to a number of Universities & Ministries. In 2004, Dr. Yamani was nominated to be the Arab countries Ambassador to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) – Geneva, but has declined to accept the offer due to contract engagement. (Decree number 130/TS, date: 11/4/2004). In 2007, Dr. Yamani was one of the organizers at the Head of States of The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) conference held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Also in 2007, he has been invited by the Chinese Government to deliver a three-day seminar and conference on Oil Energy to 26 oil refinery representatives.
